Join the GroBrain Baby Course – Helping You Bond, Communicate, and Thrive as a Parent

Are you expecting a baby or have a little one under 12 months? Powys Teaching Health Board is excited to offer the GroBrain™ Baby Course—a friendly and practical program designed to support you and your baby during this important first year.

What is GroBrain?

The GroBrain Baby Course is a series of four 2-hour sessions for parents with babies from pre-birth to 12 months. It’s a welcoming and supportive space to learn, connect, and grow as a parent.

What You’ll Learn:

1. Bonding & Brain Development
   Discover how early bonding helps build your baby’s brain and sets the foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

2. Tuning into Baby’s Cries and Signals
   Learn to understand your baby’s unique ways of communicating and how to respond to their needs.

3. Communication & Play
   Explore fun ways to interact with your baby through play and communication, helping them learn and thrive.

4. Stress Management for Parents
   Practical tools to help you manage stress and enjoy your parenting journey more confidently.
